Actor Kim Woo Bin is gaining attention for the way he supported his wife, Shin Min Ah, at her latest movie premiere.
On June 15, 2026 (KST), Kim Woo Bin attended the VIP premiere of Shin Min Ah’s new film The Eyes, immediately becoming a hot topic. The event marked a meaningful moment for Shin Min Ah, as The Eyes is her first project released since she and Kim Woo Bin married in December 2025.
Kim Woo Bin did not just quietly attend the event. He also shared proof of his movie viewing on social media, publicly cheering on Shin Min Ah and drawing attention as the film’s unofficial “promotion fairy.”
During an interview with Xportsnews on June 16, Shin Min Ah spoke about how she felt seeing Kim Woo Bin show up to support her. When asked whether she had invited him herself, the actress gave an honest answer that made everyone laugh. “I told him he absolutely had to come,” Shin Min Ah said.

And so, despite his busy schedule, Kim Woo Bin made time to attend the premiere. According to Shin Min Ah, he was in the middle of filming but still came to the event, watched the movie, and returned to set right afterward.

Host Ha Ji Young, who hosted the mini showcase for The Eyes, shared a story about Kim Woo Bin from the event. According to her, he had already completed one schedule before attending the showcase and had to return to another filming set afterward. Because of the packed schedule, she had not been able to take a single photo.
Then, she said, Kim Woo Bin appeared. “I couldn’t even take a single photo because of the tight schedule, but then an angel in a leather jacket appeared,” Ha Ji Young wrote. She revealed that Kim Woo Bin came by on his way out, checked in on her, and suggested they take a photo together!
He came over and said, ‘Noona, you worked hard. We should take a photo too,’ and asked how I was doing.
