A Korean celebrity revealed her dramatically changed figure after successfully losing weight.
On the 11th, broadcaster Hong Hyun Hee posted a couple of photos on her Instagram account with the caption, “The secret to Hong Hyun Hee’s management.”
The photos showed side-by-side before-and-after images of her weight loss.
Before losing weight, she was smiling brightly in casual attire. In the after photo, she wore a navy swimsuit and a tube-top dress, revealing a much more sculpted figure. Her shoulders and arms appeared toned, her waist slimmed down, and her jawline became more defined, showing a clear transformation. Especially striking were her naturally revealed collarbones and slimmer silhouette.
Earlier, in December last year, Hong Hyun Hee had revealed on her YouTube channel that she lost more than 10kg, dropping from the 60kg range to 49kg. She attracted attention by saying, “For the first time in 20 years, I saw the number 4 at the front of my weight.”
Regarding her weight loss secret, she explained, “I didn’t follow any special diet. By focusing on blood sugar control and adjusting my eating habits, the weight naturally came off.” She added that she maintains her weight through exercise such as running.
