NCT’s Mark and WayV Ten’s Messages To Fans Following Contract Expiration Triggers Divided Response

Within three days, NCT’s Mark and WayV’s Ten announced the termination of their exclusive contracts.

However, there was a major difference between their announcements: Mark would be concluding his contract with SM and all NCT activities.

However, Ten would be ending his contract with SM, but still continue to participate in NCT and WayV activities.

Not long after, both members personally addressed their departure on social media.

As a result, fans had different reactions to Mark and Ten’s personal messages.

“Of course, there are bound to be different reactions to Mark and Ten’s contract termination.

Ten: keeps the group together, doesn’t abandon the members, doesn’t split the fans, doesn’t mediate the public, and mentions both NCT and WayV.

Mark: Just wordy with a bunch of strewn together language but no substance. Doesn’t mention groups at all and just straight up discards them. Obsesses over ‘fruits of labor’ and splits up using the term ‘markf’ and talks about the public shock and trauma.”

Meanwhile, Mark posted his message on Bubble following the announcement.
