- A rising actor surprised the cast members and viewers of a variety show with his physique.
On the October 23rd broadcast of the MBC variety show I Live Alone, Cha Woo Min’s daily life in his Mangwon-dong apartment was revealed.
Upon seeing Cha Woo Min in the studio, Jun Hyun Moo admired him, saying, “It sounds old-fashioned, but you look cool.”
Especially, Jun Hyun Moo and Kian84 couldn’t hide their astonishment at Cha Woo Min’s well-toned body, asking, “Have you always been this fit?” and “Why is your body so good?”
In response, Cha Woo Min caught attention by revealing, “I used to maintain around 70 kg, but I bulked up to the 80-kg range this time.”
Furthermore, Kian84 showed his envy and joked, “Lucky guy,” after learning that Cha Woo Min is 185 cm tall and was born in 2000, sparking laughter.
In the following footage, Cha Woo Min took care of his pets from the morning, cleaned his house, and then headed to the gym. He showed extraordinary passion for exercise, saying, “I work out every day. I even want to exercise on days I don’t.”
He added, “I’m currently 83 kg, but I used to be 70. I’ve gained about 13 kg in six months.”
Cha Woo Min intensified his strength training by adding weights to exercise equipment. He also shared his concerns, saying, “These days, I don’t get muscle soreness, so it’s a dilemma. Maybe I’m not working out properly.”
Notably, Cha Woo Min spent an hour just on shoulder workouts and then moved on to cardio, climbing the “Stairway to Heaven.” He said, “I’m riding lightly for about 25 minutes, increasing from level 7 to 10,” impressing everyone.
