Recently, a woman, known as “A”, posted messages and voice recordings online, claiming that they were in an extramarital affair with actor Hwang Jung Min.

On July 29, Hwang’s agency revealed that they had filed a complaint against “A” last August for violating the Stalking Punishment Act.
The court issued a provisional restraining order against “A” on three occasions, and “A” has appealed the decision and has requested a formal trial.
Hwang’s agency stated, “We will take additional legal action regarding the maliciously edited posts. We apologize for causing concern with this matter.”
Meanwhile, “A” claims she maintained an inappropriate relationship with Hwang Jung Min from August 2023 to the end of 2024. She claims they met at the premiere of the film Smugglers in July 2023 and exchanged contact information.
