In a new video uploaded to TV star Jang Sung Kyu’s YouTube channel, he read and discussed concerns submitted by subscribers.
One story came from a man who said he had been married for four years. According to him, his wife had long struggled with a complex about her chest and wanted to undergo surgery. Although he tried to stop her, she eventually went through with the procedure without telling him.
The viewer confessed that after his wife’s surgery, he found himself feeling reluctant about physical intimacy with her. He said the issue led to a major fight after his wife broke down in tears. After hearing the story, Jang Sung Kyu unexpectedly revealed that he had also undergone surgery on his chest. “To be honest, I also had breast surgery,” he said.
In my case, I had gynecomastia, so I had surgery to remove it. But I also did it without discussing it with my wife.

Gynecomastia refers to the enlargement of male breast tissue, which can cause physical discomfort as well as deep insecurity for some men. Jang Sung Kyu explained that his wife had known since they were dating that he was stressed because of the condition. Because he was so satisfied with the result afterward, he said his wife eventually let it pass.
He also emphasized that his decision was not about wanting to show his body to anyone else. “I absolutely did not get the surgery to show myself to someone,” he said. It did, however, help him understand why the viewer’s wife may have gone through with her own surgery despite her husband’s objections.

If her satisfaction is high, she probably feels a sense of freedom she has never experienced in her life. I felt that too. I think it would be good to just congratulate your wife.
