Recently, an online community post went viral, garnering over 71,000 views, regarding a past clip of f(x)’s Luna revealing her last phone call with Sulli.
She recalled the first time she heard the news of her passing.
(As soon as I heard the news) I fell to the ground in the street and cried while screaming.
— Luna
She also shared Sulli’s last words in their last phone call. It was the first time she had spoken to Luna non-formally in 15 years.
After hearing her news of her leaving the group, there was some misunderstanding. But after four years, I suddenly got a call from her. ‘Unni, I really miss you, Unni,’ is what she said…We cleared up all misunderstandings, said I love you, and that we should meet soon… but I couldn’t (her accident happened three weeks later).
— Luna
Luna stated, “I could feel that the message was something that she had held in for a long time, and it made me so sad as the older sister. I should have talked to her first and said something more. I should have told her I loved her more.”
Netizens were heartbroken and missed Sulli just as much as the members.
