    When an exciting, new show is announced, K-Drama fans eagerly add it to their watch lists. Unfortunately, these series fell flat for viewers in June.

    1. My Royal Nemesis

    This Netflix historical K-Drama is a romantic comedy-drama about a notorious Joseon-era villainess who is poisoned and reincarnated into the body of a modern, struggling actress. She clashes with a ruthless chaebol heir known as a “monster of capitalism.”

    My Royal Nemesis has become one of the year’s most popular romantic comedies, but some viewers just couldn’t stick with it until the end. For them, the show started out strong but lost steam during the final episodes.

    This Netflix drama series tells the story of people in the film industry grappling with envy and personal failures as they watch others prosper. The plot centers on an aspiring director and a sharp-witted producer.

    Viewers who dropped the series listed bad writing, a lack of entertaining content, bad acting, and more as reasons why they discontinued it.

    4. The Legend Of Kitchen Soldier

    This tvN series follows a soldier who tries to escape his harsh life by joining the army. After he enlists, he suddenly finds himself in a game-like existence, where a virtual pop-up screen leads him to embark on quests to become a legendary military cook.

    One viewer felt that the series started to drag after a few episodes.
