It has been reported that Miyeon of the group i-dle (formerly known as (G)I-DLE) purchased a luxury residential unit in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
According to Herald Economy on the 20th, Miyeon signed a contract on the 3rd of this month to buy a unit with a net area of 135㎡ (17th floor) in Yongsan Central Park, located in Hangang-ro 3-ga, Yongsan-gu, for ₩5.05 billion KRW (about $3.48 million USD). She paid the remaining balance and completed the ownership transfer on the 12th of this month.
Since no mortgage was recorded on the registry, it appears the transaction was completed entirely in cash without bank loans.
Yongsan Central Park is a mixed-use complex completed in 2017, consisting of five buildings with a maximum of 43 floors and a total of 1,140 units. It was developed as a mixed combination of apartments, officetels, and commercial facilities. It is adjacent to Yongsan Station, which serves subway lines 1 and 4 as well as KTX, and offers views of both the Han River and Yongsan Park.
