Super Junior’s Shindong recently showed off his amazing visuals while enjoying a new hobby.
On the 23rd, Shindong posted multiple photos on his social media account with the caption, “I just wanted to try it out, but before I knew it, I had a full set of gear customized. But it’s really so much fun. Sports really are all about the gear.”
The photos released that day showed Shin Dong wearing an ice hockey uniform and equipment. His leaner appearance and defined features after losing weight caught attention. Broadcaster Jang Sung Kyu commented, “Dong-ah, how did you lose the weight?” expressing interest.
Previously, Shindong mentioned on the KBS2 variety show Problem Child in Rooftop last July that he had reduced his weight from 116kg to 79kg. However, he added, “I experienced yo-yo effects three months after losing weight, and although I was given the diet supplement injection Wegovy, I didn’t see much change.” Later, in November of the same year, he appeared on JTBC’s variety show Knowing Bros and revealed that his weight had returned to double digits, drawing public attention.
