A viral video of aespa‘s “scandals” has triggered strong reactions from netizens after gaining attention online.

Recently, an AI-generated video has been shared on X and is gaining attention for serving as a summary of aespa’s “scandals.” It took the group’s new song “LEMONADE” and used AI to change the lyrics to speak about the controversies the members have been involved in.
It included issues with the past release “Rich Man,” Winter’s dating rumors with BTS’s Jungkook and the couple tattoo controversy, the past tone-up cream debates and plastic surgery allegations, and others.

The tweet got over 7000 likes, but a lot of the comments hit back at the video. While some spoke about the use of AI, others said it showed netizens’ misogyny but also hatred for aespa, which they counted as scandals, adding that many of the points were things other groups had also gone through.
